Check spam for a message from whmiscert.ca, then email us with the name and email you used and the Stripe receipt. We'll resend the link.
Name typo on the certificate?
Email the certificate ID and the correct spelling within 7 days; we reissue once free.
Employer verification
Use the verify page with the certificate ID. If a certificate isn't found, email us the ID and we'll check our records.
Group training
Ten or more workers: email your head count and province and we'll send a quote and invoice. See employers.
